This is an excerpt of the Ecstatic Waters Ableton Live set used for performance of that work. I’m providing this as a starting point/template/guide for anyone who wants to use it in a similar fashion. You will need Ableton Live 10, but the free demo version (with saving disabled) will work perfectly fine for demo purposes:

If you aren’t familiar with Ableton Live, do spend time with the manual. This guide doesn’t cover everything you need to know to use Ableton Live in general.
